SOUTH DEVON LINK ROAD CPOS CONFIRMED

Following public inquiries, the South Devon Link Road Compulsory Purchase Orders and Side Road Orders were confirmed by the Secretary of State for Transport on 1 December 2011. An Exchange Land Certificate has also been issued by the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. The Orders will allow the construction of a road between Newton Abbot and Torquay, bypassing the village of Kingskerswell.
